Freedom Fund Names Sergei Kelley November “Freedom Fighter of the Month”
LANSING, MI, December 6, 2019 – Today, the Michigan Freedom Fund named MSU Senior Sergei Kelley as its November recipient of the “Freedom Fighter of the Month” award.
“I am proud to present Sergei Kelley with our Freedom Fighter of the Month award for his work protecting the First Amendment rights of every student on the campus of Michigan State University,” said Michigan Freedom Fund Executive Director Tony Daunt. “As the Editor-in-Chief of The Morning Watch at MSU, a student-led independent conservative publication, and the host of ‘Undeniable,’ a video podcast that highlights examples of leftist bias at MSU, Sergei is leading the charge against the pervasive left-wing ideology on our college campuses that threatens our cherished free speech rights. The Michigan Freedom Fund commends Sergei, and the students he leads, for their efforts.”
The “Freedom Fighter of the Month” is an award created by the Freedom Fund to recognize those individuals who are diligently working to defend taxpayers and protect our Constitutional freedoms.
